Ixelles Louise, La Maison Degand

Design and transformation of 'La Maison Degand'. The men's clothing and accessories department store is located on three levels of an early 20th century mansion. In addition to a complete spatial reorganisation and refurbishing, the vertical circulation was redesigned. A new imperceptible lift column was integrated into the building and existing decor. An haute couture workshop was created under the roof of the top floor and two extensions were added on the ground and second floors at the rear of the building as greenhouses/workshops.
