Ixelles Cemetery, BD

Transformation of a commercial and residential building and creation of a new construction including three separate flats. The objective of the project was to renovate an existing building and construct a new building on the adjoining untouched land by creating a single vertical circulation, resulting in five flats and a commercial space. The new building was also intended to facilitate an additional residence at the back of the plot.
